As a trained baker-confectioner, I bake and create
with passion sweet dreams in a private setting.
I learned the craft of baker/confectioner in the renowned
Stadler Bakery in Muri near Bern from 1997 to 2000 and successfully completed his studies.
Before handover:
Ueli and Susi Stalder with their successor, Chris Berger.
My references come mainly from private individuals, friends and family as well as from recommendations and word of mouth.
My clients include the American Embassy in Bern, the US Marine Corps, the Cantonal Police of Bern, the Federal Police in Bern
and the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa.
Story
Susi and Ueli Stalder opened their first store in Muri near Bern in 1985.
Further branches followed, as did a mobile snack bar, which was parked on weekdays at a fixed
Tour from company to company.
In the summer of 2016, Susi & Ueli Stalder treated themselves
her well-deserved retirement.
Confiserie Berger from Münsingen took over the remaining business.
