As a trained baker and pastry chef, I passionately create
sweet delights in a private setting.
I learned the craft of baking and confectionery at the renowned Stadler Bakery in Muri near Bern from 1997 to 2000, successfully completing my training.




History
Susi and Ueli Stalder opened their first shop in Muri near Bern in 1985. More branches followed, along with a Znünimobil (morning snack truck) that traveled on a fixed weekday route from business to business. In the summer of 2016, Susi and Ueli Stalder enjoyed their well-deserved retirement. Confiserie Berger from Münsingen took over the remaining businesses. I wish them both all the best and Confiserie Berger much success.
